1. How should I pack my mother’s favorite vase? May be it would have been better to take it and to move myself?
   Professionals from IWM can pack all kinds of stuff, even the most fragile and precious and deliver it to every spot on the globe. Please, don’t forget to inform us about such things while placing an order for the move. In case of you are not absolutely sure in safety of your property our company can suggest you to effect insurance.
2. Are there special boxes for moving of clothes and other stuff (e.g. outwear to protect it from crumpling)?
   Being extremely experienced in moving personal belongings of our clients we can take the responsibility for moving of all kinds of stuff, inc+luding delicate things and clothes. There are several types of boxes for your clothes: upper wardrobes for outwear being hanged on coat hangers and big flat boxes for clothes usually lying on shelves and also boxes of various dimensions for unconventional things.
3. What should I do with the garbage left after the moving?
   The team of IWM always does it’s best to protect our nature and environment. So there's nothing for you to worry about, all garbage left after the moving will be carefully sorted out and recycled satisfying all the ecological requirements.
4. I have a lot of plants. How should I move them?
   Plants are pleasure to the eye and make us feel comfortable at home and in the office. We understand how you love and value them. IWM will do all possible for your plants undergo the transportation in the most comfortable way, in special packing and, if it’s necessary, in special refrigerated truck. The only one thing for you to do is to tell the manager about plants beforehand and not to water them 4-5 days before the moving.
5. How can I cut down my costs?
   According to the environmental policy of IWM, the client, who chooses the used packing material to protect the environment, gets a discount. We strictly advise you not to pack your staff by yourselves. It won’t cut down your costs but quite the contrary: it can lead to damages because of wrong made packing.
6. Your company helped me to move in Moscow. Now I’m moving to another city. Can I expect the same level of quality as I need to move my stuff and auto?
   IWM is a member of such international moving organizations as AMSA, FIDI, and have reliable partners all over the world. That is why we can guarantee moving from one point to another saving the same high quality level. In case of there are no partners in the place of arrival (or in the place of departure) we’ll send there the necessary number of our workers.
7. The stuff and furniture from my flat should be moved to 3 different places. May I mark beforehand what and where should be transported?
   Yes of cause! With this procedure you’ll save much time. IWM team will deliver you special stickers and a detailed instruction how to use them beforehand. The stickers will help you to sort all your things.
8. I’m leaving for a long period of time and would like to find a place to store my stuff. Does your company provide the storage service?
   IWM can accept any types of goods for responsible storage (except hazardous cargos, food stuff, fuels and lubricants etc.) The total volume of the warehouse complex of IWM is 65000 cubic meters. The warehouses are equipped with a special IT-system helping to organize and control storing houses, they are watched over 24 hours a day and there’s special temperature for the best storage.
9. Can you insure my stuff from being damager during the moving?
   IWM cooperate with leading insurance companies specializing in cargo insurance during the transportation and storage for many years. Your personal manager will be able to answer all your questions concerning terms of your staff insurance .
10. How much do your services cost?
    If you hadn’t ever moved with IWM, our prices may seem you high. But if you learn the level of our quality at first hand, you’ll realize that the main aim of our company is not to do everything quickly and cheaply, we suggest to our clients only the best quality service and guarantee that you move will be executed in the best way in reasonable time.
