We will contact relevant estate agents to find properties meeting your requirements and arrange a viewing schedule. Ideally, this process should begin at least a few months before you arrive. You may wish to visit your new location prior to your move; this will speed up the house-hunting process. A host of issues such as: schooling; commuting time; local facilities; all essential to determine where your new home should be, can be discussed with local experts during this visit. A range of suitable properties can be viewed on your return, perhaps together with your family. If your schedule does not allow such an orientation visit, we can help you find temporary accommodation until you find a more permanent place to live.

School search
Of crucial importance to families is assessing and selecting the right school or kindergarten for children. This can be difficult in an environment that is culturally dissimilar to your own. The child(‘s) age, language ability, expected date of return home, university entrance requirements are all factors that our clients have had to take into consideration. The cost of western-style medical care in Russia has been increasing over recent years. Your employer may be able to offer you medical insurance as part of your employment package. If not, IWM can supply you with a list of medical insurance providers before you leave for Russia.
